We reserve the right to delete your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such an account is inappropriate, duplicate, or created multiple times by the same user to avail promotional offers. - COMMUNICATIONS

picturefry.com India may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial photo editing for the new users for a limited period of time.
You are required to buy service and add coupon code during checkout.
At any time and without notice, picturefry.com India reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer. - FEE CHANGES
picturefry.com India, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify photo editing charges. Any fee change will become effective from new orders. - CONTENT
Our Service allows you to upload your photos to our servers for photo editing.
By uploading photo on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and licence as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your photo on or through Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright. - PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
We can use user’s uploaded photos to show before and after our work to other users or in our website, or can share in social sites like facebook, instagram, etc. If users don’t want to show their photo anywhere, they can just write in a description box while uploading a photo or can mail us at info@picturefry.com - COPYRIGHT POLICY
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
All sample work displayed in websites or any other social websites like Facebook, Instagram, etc is downloaded from free source or users uploaded content.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to info@picturefry.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” mentioning you want content to be removed or you need photo credits in that image. - USER’S DATA
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site.
